12月5日,來自約旦、俄羅斯、斐濟(jì)等不同國家的11位聊城大學(xué)外國留學(xué)生來到夏津縣新時(shí)代文明實(shí)踐中心,跟隨李派太極第六代弟子李書莉等5位老師,學(xué)習(xí)體驗(yàn)“李氏太極拳”。
December 5th, 11 foreign students from different countries such as Jordan, Russia, and Fiji from Liaocheng University came to the New Era Civilization Practice Center in Xiajin County to learn and experience"Li's Tai Chi" with five teachers, including Li Shuli, the sixth generation disciple of Li's Tai Chi.
“李氏太極拳”是國家級(jí)非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目,以中國傳統(tǒng)儒、道哲學(xué)中的太極、陰陽辯證理念為核心思想,集頤養(yǎng)性情、強(qiáng)身健體、技擊對(duì)抗等多功能為一體,結(jié)合易學(xué)中的陰陽五行之變化,中醫(yī)經(jīng)絡(luò)學(xué),古代的引導(dǎo)術(shù)和吐納術(shù)形成的一中內(nèi)外兼修、柔和、緩慢、輕靈、剛?cè)嵯酀?jì)的中國傳統(tǒng)拳術(shù)。
Li's Tai Chi is a national intangible cultural heritage project, with the core idea of Tai Chi and Yin Yang dialectical philosophy in traditional Chinese Confucianism and Taoism. It integrates multiple functions such as nourishing temperament, strengthening the body, and fighting against each other. It combines the changes of Yin Yang and Five Elements in the Book of Changes, traditional Chinese medicine meridian studies, ancient guiding and breathing techniques to form a traditional Chinese boxing technique that combines internal and external cultivation, softness, slowness, lightness, and flexibility.
李書莉老師首先為大家介紹了“李氏太極拳”的起源和發(fā)展,并強(qiáng)調(diào)“太極拳是剛?cè)岵?jì)、內(nèi)外兼修”。并和其他4位老師一起演示了“李氏太極拳”的一套拳法——李派太極八門手法,一整套拳法打下來如行云流水,引得留學(xué)生們連連叫好。
Teacher Li Shuli first introduced the origin and development of"Li's Tai Chi" and emphasized that"Tai Chi combines strength and softness, with both internal and external cultivation". And together with four other teachers, they demonstrated a set of martial arts called"Li's Tai Chi" - the eight techniques of Li's Tai Chi. The whole set of martial arts was like flowing clouds and water, which attracted continuous praise from international students.
隨后,外國留學(xué)生們?cè)谝呀?jīng)熟稔操練李氏太極拳近20年的5位老師的帶領(lǐng)下,先學(xué)習(xí)了太極拳的起勢(shì),扎起了馬步,練習(xí)了抱頭推山、金雞抖翎、轉(zhuǎn)身白鶴展翅等經(jīng)典太極動(dòng)作,老師們一邊講解,一邊幫助外國留學(xué)生糾正錯(cuò)誤的姿勢(shì)動(dòng)作。不一會(huì)的功夫,幾位外國留學(xué)生就大汗淋漓。來自約旦的冬梅說:“動(dòng)作看著簡單,自己嘗試去做的時(shí)候可就難多了?!?/p>
Subsequently, under the guidance of five teachers who had been proficient in practicing Li's Tai Chi for nearly 20 years, foreign students first learned the rising posture of Tai Chi, took a horse stance, practiced classic Tai Chi movements such as heads hugging movement, one legged standing action, turning around and spreading your hands to fly. While explaining, the teachers helped foreign students correct their incorrect posture movements. In no time, several foreign students were sweating profusely. Dongmei from Jordan said,"The action looks simple, but it's much more difficult when you try to do it yourself."
嘴上雖然說著難,可外國留學(xué)生們依舊練的有模有樣,來自俄羅斯的穆哈邁德表示深深地被中國文化所震撼到了,他說:“練習(xí)太極拳是一項(xiàng)很好的運(yùn)動(dòng),而且其中蘊(yùn)含著哲學(xué)思想,這是一次非常棒的經(jīng)歷,我對(duì)了解中國文化更進(jìn)了一步。”
Although international students may say it's difficult to learn, they still practice it with a certain level of accuracy. Muhammad from Russia said he was deeply impressed by Chinese culture. He said,"Practicing Tai Chi is a great sport, and it contains philosophical ideas. This is a great experience, and I have taken my understanding of Chinese culture one step further."
同學(xué)們認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí),很快就掌握了基本的姿勢(shì)方法,越發(fā)的有氣勢(shì),并對(duì)中國傳統(tǒng)哲學(xué)基礎(chǔ)有了進(jìn)一步認(rèn)識(shí)。學(xué)習(xí)過后,外國留學(xué)生們還與老師們一起交流心得體會(huì),其樂融融。來自約旦的小伙布達(dá)表示:“很開心能夠在夏津?qū)W到太極拳,這次活動(dòng)很有意義,我希望自己有機(jī)會(huì)還會(huì)來到夏津?!?/p>
The students studied diligently and quickly mastered the basic posture methods, becoming more and more imposing, and gaining a further understanding of the foundation of traditional Chinese philosophy. After studying, foreign students also shared their experiences with five teachers, enjoying themselves. Buda, a young man from Jordan, said,"I am very happy to learn Tai Chi in Xiajin. This activity is very meaningful, and I hope to have the opportunity to come to Xiajin again."(Correspondent wang xiao qian)
